Workshops are in half-termly blocks. Next block: 4th November to 16th December 2024 (7 weeks). Book one or more workshop at a time or pre-book 7 upfront for a £20 discount.

In this on-going series of workshops the main aim is to guide participants through the basic principles and techniques of watercolour painting. My instructional teaching is carefully combined with practical work, such as mini projects and exercises in which we put theory into practice. Helpful hints and tips are also provided, together with step-by-step demonstrations to encourage you to paint with increasing skill and confidence. This approach aims to provide a balance between learning technique and the freedom to develop your own individual style and original work, using this exciting and challenging medium. 

Workshops are designed for both beginners and painters with some watercolour experience.
